CLUB125 Draws

Highlights of 2010/2011

The introduction of the CLUB 125 Club Development Draw has been a resounding success for the year 2010/2011.

With the construction and development of the ball-walls, the multi-games area, the ongoing improvements to the third pitch not to mention the acquisition of several portacabins to accomodate our growing number of young players the timing of this draw could not have been better.

During 2010/2011 122 Ballygarvan GAA Club members joined the CLUB 125 draw. To date the draw has delivered prizes of almost 10,000 euros to members of our CLUB 125.

The membership of the County Boards Draw, now known as The Cork GAA Clubs Draw, has increased by 70 which has taken our membership of that draw to in excess of the magic 200. This means that our club now gets back €55 of every €100 going toward that draw. We have had a number of winners including Margaret Nott who won the top monthly prize of a car for July 2011.

CLUB 125

2011/2012

As the new year for CLUB 125 is around the corner we are now inviting our CLUB 125 members to renew their membership for the coming year. Your CLUB 125 promoter will contact you shortly if they have not done so already asking you to continue supporting this very crucial club income stream for the coming year. If you choose to continue your membership, which we very much hope you do then your CLUB 125 promoter will deliver your CLUB 125 membership certificate for 2011/2012 to you shortly.
• If you pay in full at the commencement of the year you will again be included in the special draw for those members who pay in full before the commencement of the new draw year.
• If you pay by standing order you need to do nothing except confirm your continued membership to your promoter and receive your membership certificate.
• If you pay quarterly your next quarterly payment is due now. Your CLUB 125 promoter will shortly deliver your membership certificate and collect your membership payment.
• If you pay half yearly your next payment is due now. Your CLUB 125 promoter will shortly deliver your membership certificate and collect your membership payment.
• If you have paid in full in the past and wish to remain a member and convert to standing order method of payment just ask your promoter for your original registration form and fill in the necessary details and return to the club Treasurer.

• Payment by cash/cheque or standing order
