Comhrá agus cupán tae is returing this week after the Christmas break. It will take place on Thursday this week at 8pm in the Siopa. Everybody welcome.

Strictly Come Dancing

Friday 28th December in the Carrigaline Court Hotel

Tickets are €20 and are on sale now from the dancers and committee members.

The show gets underway at 8.30pm, so please arrive early!

This is open to anybody who would like to use their 'cúpla focal' and enjoy a nice cupán tae. Every Wednesday at 8pm in the club shop.

Comhrá agus cupán tae gach Céadaoin ar a hocht a chlog sa 'Siopa'.

We had a very enjoyable first night for our comhrá agus cupán tae. We will have it every Wednesday evening at 8in the club shop, and it is open to everyone from the fluent to those with just a few words. As the saying goes,  Is fearr Gaeilge bhriste, ná Béarla cliste (Broken Irish is better than clever English) Hope we will see a few extra people next week!

Comhrá agus cupán tae amárach (De Céadaoin 24ú) sa 'Siopa' i bPáirc Liam Mhic Chárthaigh ar a hocht a chlog. Tá fáilte roimh chách.

We are hoping to start a 'comhrá' evening for anybody who would like to use their 'cúpla focal'. It is at open to everyone. We will meet up briefly this Wednesday at 8pm in the club shop, so we can see if there is interest, and what night would suit the people. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Friday 12th October

Lecture by Prof. William O'Brien, UCC in the old national school - Clashanimud Hillfort and the Prehistory of Cork at 8pm

Followed by Scoraíocht in Bridgie's with Bob Jennings at 9.30pm

Saturday 13th October

Exhibition of historical items, telephone equipment, old photos etc and art exhibition by local artists on the old national school, Ballygarvan at 11am-4pm.

Sunday 14th October

Irish and Olde time dancing with music by Gerard Murphy in the old school at 3-5pm.

All welcome.
