U14 Awards 2008
U14 Most Improved Footballer: Ferghal Ahern. Ferghal showed great commitment to our U14 team in 2008. He led from the front with great skill and determination in all our football games and training. His excellent behaviour throughout the season must be also commended. U14 Most Improved Hurler: Jack Naidoo. Jack had a great hurling season in 2008 where he developed into a skilful, athletic and determined player. Jack's great sense of humour at all times was a source of much fun for his coaches and team mates. U14 Most Dedicated Player: Ronan Murphy. Ronan showed great commitment to the U14 team in 2008. Ronan was injured for much of the season but he continued to train with his team mates and also filled numerous positions for the hurling and football teams from being a goalkeeper to a full forward!
