Edmond Forrest, the dynamic chairman of the Cork South East division junior club Ballygarvan is Munster and Cork CIBA-Geigy clubman of the year. This was announced at a special function in Dublin's Burlington Hotel, at which the president of the GAA Dr. Mick Loftus was present as well as award winners from the 32 counties of Ireland. Joe Bracken of the Clane club in Kildare was the national winner.
